With NoVA in Phase 2, we wanted to provide an update on how Vélocity services are changing and what we are able to offer to ensure the health and safety of our staff and customers.

We’re offering bicycle repairs by our professional mechanics, can accept donations, and have refurbished bicycles and accessories for sale.

No appointment is needed, but we do get busy so please be patient.

Customers will be seen on a first-come first-served basis, and you can always drop your bike off and pick it up later.

Please wear a mask when talking to our staff or volunteers outside. Customers aren’t allowed in the shop yet.
