The VéloCity Bike Scholarship is funded through a grant from the Westminster Presbyterian Church and is conducted in partnership with the Carpenter’s Shelter of Alexandria. Di-Shon is pictured with VéloCity Maintenance Class Instructor Ron Kellis.
