Please join Vélocity Bicycle Cooperative for the Grand opening of our new Arlington location Saturday, June 10. We’ll have food, music, giveaways, sale prices, and a ribbon cutting at 11am!

We are honored to continue serving the biking community at 2647 North Pershing Drive, Arlington, Virginia, where The Old Bike Shop had operated for more than 10 years.

Come learn how Vélocity can help serve your biking needs. As a non-profit, volunteer-run bicycle shop, Vélocity focuses on education and repair (including do-it-yourself open shop hours).  Since 2009, we have empowered all ages and levels of cyclists in building, maintaining, and embracing the fun of bicycling.

You’ll also be able to see what we’ve done with the Pershing Drive space since we announced our opening a few weeks ago. We are now serving customers with regular operating hours, Tuesday-Friday 12-6pm, Saturday 10-5pm, and Sunday 12-5pm.

People can donate bikes and parts at both Velocity locations during regular hours:  at our original spot at 2111 Mt. Vernon Ave, Alexandria, or at 2647 N Pershing Drive, Arlington.
