Our board meetings follow a structured agenda that typically includes:- Call to order and quorum confirmation
- Approval of previous meeting minutes
- Treasurer’s report — financial overview and budget updates
- Committee and shop reports — updates from Del Ray, Lyon Park, and the Warehouse
- Old business — follow-up on ongoing initiatives and action items
- New business — proposals, ideas, and emerging priorities
- Open floor — time for member and Vélociteer input
- Adjournment
